  • Bedding and Home Products

    Our products are tailor-made to meet the requirements of our customers. If you ever encounter an issue with an item that you receive, we would be more than happy to assist you and replace it. However, kindly note that we are unable to offer exchanges. Instead, we would help you process a return and ensure you find a product that meets your needs. Home products are not returnable.

    Clothing Products

    We accept returns on select items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be postmarked by the 15th day to be eligible for a refund. All items must be in their original packaging and condition.

    Customers are responsible for covering shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Colomba Living is not responsible for reimbursing or compensating returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Colomba Living.

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel orders once they have been placed. If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via email and we will be happy to assist you.

  • For Bedding and Home Accessories = Lead time is between 3 - 5 weeks. you will receive updated tracking information via email.

    For Apparel - Orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive updated tracking information via email.

  • Trade Programs for Industry Members will be evaluated. Please email your information to contacto@colombaliving.com
