PLEASE READ OUR RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY TO ENSURE YOU CAN PROCEED WITH YOUR REQUEST AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE

If you need to change your item for another size we can make an exception within 7 days of your purchase, email us at contacto@colombaliving.com, and we will take care of your request. Please note customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns.

We offer free returns and exchanges for full-price purchases above $200 and are happy to help you find your perfect fit. Please note that only items in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached and in their original package may be returned. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  You have 7 days from receipt of the order to request your return. Return outside the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion. 

Please contact contacto@colombaliving.com immediately to address your request and include a reason for return.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.

All sale items are considered FINAL SALE. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for any sale items.

All personalized/custom orders are FINAL SALE
